Unfortunately, due to an increase in last minute cancellations and rescheduling, it has become necessary for us to implement a deposit system. This means that to secure any bookings a non refundable deposit of £20 is required. Our policy has always required 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. If 24 hours notice is given, then this £20 will be deducted from the cost of the treatment. However if 24 hours is not given then this £20 will not be redeemable. Any bookings not secured with a deposit will be treated on a first come, first served basis. This will mean that we may not be able to treat you at the exact time which you require. We would like to apologise to any customers to whom this may inconvenience. However, without implementing such policies, the current trend of unreliable bookings make it difficult for small businesses like ours to survive. Many thanks
